Louise Fox - GBR Elite Offroad Triathlete

I am an Offroad Triathlete racing at elite level, although I have planned to retire several times, I keep being tempted back by the Xterra World & European Tour.

Since 2018 I am mum to Torben - balancing this number 1 priority with work and triathlon training.

None of my achievements would be possible without an awesome support team around me, who I have built relationships with over many years. Top of the list is Mountain Trax for all their advice and looking after my bikes since about 2010! Jon at Vittoria tyres, physio Chris and sports massage Paula, but most of all my husband and family for putting up with what it takes on a daily basis to race at this level!

Offroad Career highlights:

• 2025 8th Xterra World Cup Australia, 3rd Xterra Rotorua
• 2024 2nd Xterra Portugal, 3rd Xterra Matterley
• 2023 5th Xterra UK (tempted out of retirement by new Xterra UK!)
• 2022 Retired from elite racing. Back to full time work :(
• 2021 Juggling work, parenting and racing. 2nd Xterra Portugal. 3 GBR Elite selections for ETU/ITU Champs
• 2020 Working from home. Covid-19 - All races cancelled or unable to travel
• 2019 Getting fit again! 7th Xterra Luxembourg
• 2018 Baby break
• 2017 Xterra Finland Champion! 2nd Xterra Norway. 7th Xterra European Tour
• 2016 Juggling full time work with Elite racing. Top 10 ETU X-Triathlon Champs
• 2015 First selection for GBR Elite Team. Silver, ETU X-Duathlon Champs
  4th, Xterra European Tour. 3rd in Spain, Top 5 in Malta, Portugal & Greece
• 2014 8th, Xterra European Tour. Top 5 in Greece, Sweden & Malaysia
